To complete the application online you need to take a photo like passport with white background and a signature on white paper to upload both on page 2 of the application

Click E-id button on top only if you have EID and password and your data will be displayed, Submit.
But if you don't have EID input in caption, your name, surname, email in fields provided.

Answer all the questions for Medical No if you dont have any medical condition and correct and check your address then Submit You will receive another email confirming submission as well as us.

After submission go to doctor i.e your personal GP.

You need your original Maltese ID card or residence card/ blue paper all the time including theory test and proctical test session.
To complete approval of your application you have to speak to your instructor.
